Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

  • These Terms & Conditions govern the service of balloon set ups, and rentals of the balloon house, mini bounce house, and backdrops from Dilly Dallys Balloon Art.

  • By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is due at the time of booking.

  • The remaining 50% is due forty‑eight (48) hours prior to the event date.

  • Payments are made through Squarespace; an invoice will be emailed to you.

3. Weather Policy

  • In the event that weather conditions do not permit a setup (e.g., high winds, rain, or extreme heat), and no backup plan has been arranged, the deposit remains non-refundable.

  • We recommend discussing alternative dates or shaded setup options during summer months.

4. Liability

  • Dilly Dallys Balloon Art is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the rental period.

  • Clients are responsible for the supervision of the backdrops, balloon house, and mini bounce house during the event.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least four (4) days prior to the event for a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit. (Once balloons are inflated, they cannot be reused for a later date.)

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be discussed and approved.

6. Damage Policy

  • Clients are responsible for any damages to rental equipment that occur during the rental period.

  • A fee will be charged for any repairs or replacements necessary due to damages caused by the client.

7. Balloon Responsibility

  • We strongly prefer not to set up balloons in direct sunlight or extreme heat, as these conditions significantly increase the risk of popping, discoloration, and deflation.

  • If a client chooses a location in direct sunlight or extreme heat despite our recommendation, Dilly Dallys Balloon Art is not responsible for any changes, damage, or deterioration of the setup.

  • We will not return to repair, replace, or move the setup later in the day, as we have other scheduled appointments and commitments.

  • Once the balloons are delivered and set up, Dilly Dallys Balloon Art is not responsible for any popped or damaged balloons.

  • Clients are advised to monitor the balloons during the event to ensure safety and enjoyment.

  • We recommend keeping balloons away from sharp objects, heat sources, and other potential hazards.

8. Agreement to Terms

  • By signing this agreement or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
